Caller sometimes sends separate text message if the receiver does not pick up. Call receiver may not pick up the call if he is busy, thinking that it is not important call. With this app caller can select priority of call and send text about call. When receiving the call, user will see priority of call, text message as notification Based on the info shown on, call receiver can decide if call should be picked up now or not.
Caller should have PriCom app to send priority and text and call receiver should also have PriCom app to receive priority and text.
